  1. Sir, It is another step of goodness by our most respected Highway Minister Shri Gadkari Sahib for speedy process of land acquisition for development of the nation and payment of compensation through the reliable and meaningful management system as per example at Jaipur. Perhaps it may be followed by the junior functionaries responsible for this job. Most projects are being done through the state PWDs and competent authorities are appointed for compensation purposes . After distribution of compensation at the initial stage as per awards passed at their sweet will ignoring important relevant judicial prounancements even clear guide lines of the state Cabnet on faulty procedure for evaluating market price, the farmers of the country are walking door to door to get justice for years together. None of the authority is ready to reply for its implementation about the important orders issued by the Ministry viz. on compensation matter guidelines dated 27-12-2017 or for the missing plots as per the guidelines dated 15-3-16. at PIA/CALA level for months and years together and are not ready to solve the discrepancies even are not ready to read the instructions which could be solved by click of the button as is being stressed by our minister viz bhoomi rashi. A system has been created for not doing the work, only forward the complaint to the authority who is already at fault , without any guidance and compliance on the matter is not monitored at all . How long the farmers are to suffer in the hands of faulty system ? Can there be a time frame for disposal of the complaint in the relevant act ?
