India has reiterated that a secure, peaceful, and stable Afghanistan is essential for the well-being of its people, regional stability, and global security. The remarks were made during the 7th Moscow Format Consultations on Afghanistan, held in Moscow.

  • Afghanistan participated as a full member for the first time, with its delegation led by Foreign Minister Amir Khan Mottaqi.
