Renowned sitar player Pandit Debu Chaudhuri passed away on May 1 at a Delhi hospital due to Covid-19 complications. He was 85. A disciple of Mushtaq Ali Khan, Debu Chaudhuri was born in 1935 in Mymensingh (now in Bangladesh).
