Five MoES Institutes Merged to Form Earth System Sciences Council (ESSC)

The Union Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) has merged five separate societies and autonomous bodies into a single umbrella organisation called the Earth System Sciences Council (ESSC) to streamline governance and strengthen public identity.
