Kashmir Launches Valley’s First Chrysanthemum Theme Garden

On March 25, 2025, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah inaugurated the Chrysanthemum Theme Garden (Bagh-e-Gul-e-Dawood) in Srinagar, providing a new autumn tourist destination akin to the famed Tulip Garden.

    • Spread over five hectares at the foothills of the Zabarwan forest range.

    • Houses various Chrysanthemum varieties, also known as Bagh-e-Gul-e-Dawood.
