Kaushal Rath Flagged Off Under ‘Yuva AI for All’ to Boost AI Literacy

IndiaAI, under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in collaboration with All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology (AISECT), has launched Kaushal Rath—a mobile Artificial Intelligence awareness initiative under the National AI Literacy Programme “Yuva AI for All.”

Bringing AI Education to Underserved Regions

The initiative aims to expand access to foundational AI education and bridge the digital divide by reaching students, youth, educators and learners in semi-urban and underserved areas.

Kaushal Rath is a fully equipped mobile computer lab featuring:

• Internet-enabled computer systems
• Audio-visual learning tools
• Structured AI and Generative AI training modules

The mobile lab will travel to schools, colleges, ITIs and community centres to provide hands-on exposure to AI tools.

Hands-on Learning and Registration Support

Supported by trained facilitators and contextualised Indian use-cases, Kaushal Rath will:

• Offer practical demonstrations of AI applications
• Enable on-the-spot course registrations
• Showcase AI use cases to students and the public

The initiative also aims to build awareness and momentum ahead of the India AI Impact Summit 2026.
