The “Koyla Shakti” – Smart Coal Analytics Dashboard (SCAD) is a digital platform developed by NICDC under the direction of the Ministry of Coal. It aims to bring real-time visibility, efficiency, and sustainability across the entire coal value chain — from production to transportation to consumption.

• Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP) was launched in 2022 under the National Logistics Policy (NLP).
• It acts as a digital gateway that connects various logistics systems across ministries and private entities.
• Enables real-time tracking, data-driven logistics, and paperless integration of transport modes.
