LVM3-M6 Mission: ISRO Launches Heaviest Commercial LEO Satellite

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on December 24, 2025, successfully launched the BlueBird Block-2 communication satellite aboard the LVM3 (Gaganyaan-class) Bahubali rocket under the LVM3-M6 mission.

• Launch Site: Second Launch Pad, Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC), Sriharikota
• Orbit Achieved: Low Earth Orbit (LEO)
• Time to Orbit Insertion: ~15 minutes after lift-off

  • Works directly with standard mobile smartphones (no special hardware)
