  • SNA SPARSH aims to improve efficiency and transparency in fund flow for Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS).
  • The system ensures “just-in-time” release of funds from the central and state governments.
  • It integrates key financial platforms:
    • Public Financial Management System (PFMS)
    • State Integrated Financial Management Information Systems (IFMIS)
    • e-Kuber platform of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
