SPREE-2025

The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has rolled out the SPREE-2025 (Scheme for Promoting Registration of Employers and Employees), which will remain in operation till 31st December 2025.

• The scheme enables industries and employees not yet registered with ESIC to enroll through the ESI Portal, Shram Suvidha Portal, and Company Affairs Portal.
• Notably, registration under this scheme can be done without the demand of old dues, easing compliance.

Amnesty Scheme-2025: One-Time Dispute Resolution
The Amnesty Scheme-2025 will be effective from 1st October 2025 to 30th September 2026.

• It is a one-time settlement initiative aimed at resolving disputes related to damages, interest, and coverage under the ESI Act.
• The scheme seeks to provide relief to industries while enhancing compliance with social security norms.
