• ₹4.31 lakh crore savings (2015–2024) due to DBT reforms.
• ₹49.09 lakh crore transferred through DBT by Jan 2026.

Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC)

• Open digital network connecting buyers and sellers across platforms.
• Reduces dependence on a single marketplace.
• Promotes MSME participation in digital commerce.
• 1.16 lakh+ sellers across 630+ cities.

Government e-Marketplace (GeM)

• Online platform for transparent public procurement.
• 3.27 crore orders processed with ₹16.41 lakh crore GMV.
• Over 24 lakh sellers and service providers registered, including many MSMEs.

Citizen Service Delivery Platforms

DigiLocker

• Digital document wallet for storing and sharing official documents.
• Enables paperless governance and secure document verification.
• 67.63 crore users and 950+ crore documents issued.

UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance)

• Single mobile platform for accessing government services.
• Offers services like EPFO, Aadhaar, passport, scholarships, utilities, etc.
• 10.25 crore users and 723+ crore transactions.
• Provides 2,400+ government services.

e-Courts

• ICT-based judicial digitisation initiative.
• Computerised 14,249 courts under Phase-I.
• Phase-II enabled online filing, case information systems, and digital services.
• Phase-III (2023–27) aims for fully digital and paperless courts.

Health and Nutrition Ecosystem

CoWIN

• Digital platform for COVID-19 vaccination management.
• Coordinated 220+ crore vaccine doses.
• Ensured real-time tracking and transparency in vaccination drives.

eSanjeevani

• Telemedicine platform enabling doctor-to-patient consultations.
• Expands healthcare access in rural and remote areas.
• 45.42 crore consultations delivered.

eHospital & Online Registration System (ORS)

• Digital hospital management system.
• Provides online appointments, diagnostics, billing and records.
• Integrates with Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA).

Aarogya Setu

• Initially launched for COVID-19 contact tracing.
• Now integrated with Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission for health records and consultations.

National NCD Platform

• Digital system for screening and managing non-communicable diseases.
• 74.97 crore beneficiaries enrolled.
• Tracks diseases like hypertension and diabetes.

POSHAN Tracker

• Digital governance platform for nutrition monitoring.
• Tracks stunting, wasting and underweight children.
• Supports real-time monitoring of nutrition programmes.
