TRI-SERVICES EXERCISE 2025 (TSE-2025) ‘TRISHUL’

Key Highlights

  • Major Joint Military Drill: The Tri-Services Exercise (TSE-2025) ‘Trishul’ was conducted in early November 2025, led by the Indian Navy with participation from the Indian Army and Indian Air Force.
  • Lead Formations: The exercise was spearheaded by the Western Naval Command, supported by the Southern Command of the Army and the South Western Air Command of the IAF.
  • Multi-Domain Operations: The drills involved large-scale operations across the creek and desert sectors of Rajasthan and Gujarat, along with extensive maritime operations, including amphibious missions in the North Arabian Sea.
  • Inter-Agency Integration: Units from the Indian Coast Guard, Border Security Force, and several central agencies also took part, strengthening joint operational synergy and inter-agency coordination.
  • Objective: The exercise aimed to validate joint operational readiness, enhance tri-service interoperability, and improve integrated response capabilities across land, air, and maritime domains.
