Yashoda AI: Your AI SAKHI

The National Commission for Women (NCW), in collaboration with Future Shift Labs (FSL), launched ‘Yashoda AI: Your AI SAKHI’ on May 22, 2025, at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. This initiative aims to enhance AI literacy and digital awareness among women, with a focus on rural and semi-urban communities.

Key Objectives:

• Empower women to play an active role in building a Viksit Bharat driven by technology and inclusion.
• Provide education and training in:
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Cybersecurity
  • Digital Safety
• Address AI-driven crimes, digital privacy concerns, and practical safety strategies.

Community-Centric Approach:

The Yashoda AI Abhiyan engages a broad audience—students, educators, and women from the police force—to promote community-driven digital education. It strives not just for participation but for women to lead the digital transformation of India.
