Bharat Tex 2026

Bharat Tex 2026, India’s flagship global textile event, was held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from 14–17 July 2026.

The event was inaugurated by the Union Minister of Textiles and brought together India’s entire textile ecosystem on a single global platform, ranging from traditional handlooms and handicrafts to advanced textile technologies.

The third edition of Bharat Tex was organised in line with the Government’s 5F vision—Farm to Fibre to Factory to Fashion to Foreign—aimed at strengthening the entire textile value chain and enhancing India’s global competitiveness.

The exhibition covered the complete textile value chain, including fibre, yarn, fabric, apparel, home textiles, technical textiles, handlooms and handicrafts.

Bharat Tex 2026 was organised by the Bharat Tex Trade Federation (BTTF), an umbrella body of Textile Export Promotion Councils (EPCs) and industry associations, with the support of the Ministry of Textiles.

The event served as a premier international platform for trade, investment, innovation, sustainability, technology adoption and global collaboration in the textile and apparel sector.

It also created new business opportunities for artisans, weavers, manufacturers, startups, exporters and international buyers, reinforcing India’s position as a leading global textile hub.
