Indian Navy’s P-8i maritime patrol aircraft is participating in the Rim of the Pacific Exercise (RIMPAC)– the world’s largest naval exercise hosted by the U.S. Pacific Fleet.
The exercise is currently taking place in and around the Hawaiian Islands from June 24 and runs through July 31.
It is being dubbed as the world’s largest international maritime exercise .
The U.S. Navy-led Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2026 exercise is in its harbor and shore phase with participating ships and submarines currently docked at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
