The first Regional Workshop under Sādhana Śhrinkhla, organised by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) under Mission Karmayogi, concluded on 30 September 2026 in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The two-day workshop, held on 29–30 September, was themed “From Training Institutions to Capacity Building Institutions.”
About Sādhana Śhrinkhla
Sādhana Śhrinkhla stands for Strengthening Adaptive Development and Humane Aptitude for National Advancement. It is a nationwide series of regional consultative engagements aimed at transforming training institutions into institutions focused on broader capacity building.
The regional workshops bring together stakeholders to co-develop a Training Institute Transformation Framework that reflects diverse institutional needs and contexts. They also provide a platform to validate the framework and translate it into actionable priorities for a shared transformation roadmap.
Implementation of the framework will be anchored in UNNATI, its core digital enabler. UNNATI will connect more than 900 Training Institutions, facilitating resource sharing, collaboration and continuous, data-informed institutional improvement.
