US Open 2021 Winners

The 2021 US Open, the 141st edition of tennis’ US Open and the fourth and final Grand Slam event of the year, was held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City between August 30 to September 12. Here are the complete list of winners:

  • Men’s Singles: Daniil Medvedev of Russia lifted his first Grand Slam trophy after defeating Novak Djokovic 6-4, 6-4, 6-4
  • Women Singles: Rising British sensation Emma Raducanu beat Leylah Fernandez of Canada to win Women’s Singles title at US Open Tennis. The 18-year-old Emma Raducanu defeated her Canadian opponent in straight sets 6-4, 6-3 in the summit clash held at the Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York. She has become the first British woman to win the title in 53 years. Raducanu has also become the first British woman in 44 years to win a Grand Slam singles title.
  • Men’s Doubles: American Rajeev Ram and his British partner Joe Salisbury clinched the Men’s Doubles title after defeating British Brazilian pair of Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 l
  • Women’s doubles: Samantha Stosur (Australia) and Zhang Shuai (China) defeated Coco Gauff (United States) and Caty McNally (United States) to win the Women’s doubles title.
  • Mixed doubles: Desirae Krawczyk (USA) and Joe Salisbury (Uk) defeated Giuliana Olmos (Mexico) Marcelo Arévalo (El Salvador) won the Mixed Doubles title.
