The Union Minister of Commerce and Industry felicitated the winners of the LEAPS Awards 2025 across 13 categories covering Core Logistics, MSMEs, Startups, Institutions and Special Categories during the release of the LEADS Report 2025.
LEAPS 2025, the fourth edition of the initiative, has been designed to recognise organisations demonstrating leadership, operational excellence, innovation and sustainability in logistics and supply chain management.
A key highlight of the event was the introduction of a new four-tier categorisation framework under the LEADS Report 2025. The categories are:
- Exemplars
- High Performers
- Accelerators
- Growth-Seekers
Exemplars Category
The “Exemplars” category represents the top-performing States and Union Territories that have demonstrated sustained excellence in policy implementation, infrastructure, service delivery and regulatory efficiency.
The Exemplars in different categories are:
- Coastal States – Tamil Nadu
- Landlocked States – Uttar Pradesh
- North-Eastern States – Mizoram
- Union Territories – Delhi
The LEADS (Logistics Ease Across Different States) Report serves as an important benchmark for assessing logistics performance and promoting competitiveness among States and Union Territories.
