Mission SAKSHAM is a mission-mode, nationwide training initiative aimed at enhancing managerial, operational, and compliance capabilities of Urban Co-operative Banks. It seeks to improve governance standards and build institutional resilience across the sector.

  • Covers around 1.4 crore participants across India.
  • Includes both in-person training and e-learning modules.
  • Targets board members, senior management, and risk management heads.
  • Provides training content in regional languages to ensure wider accessibility.

Objectives
