Supreme Court launches ‘Su-Sahayak’ chatbot

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant announced the launch of the ‘One Case One Data’ initiative to integrate judicial administration across all levels of courts, from taluka courts to the Supreme Court of India, into a unified digital system.

The Supreme Court, in collaboration with the National Informatics Centre, also launched ‘Su-Sahayak’, an interactive chatbot designed to help users easily access e-services such as case status, cause lists, orders and judgments through prompt-based guidance.

The initiative aims to strengthen judicial data integration, improve transparency and enhance public access to court services by connecting information from High Courts, district courts and taluka courts on a single digital platform.
